西红柿拌豆瓜

【原料】

土豆85克

黄瓜85克

西红柿110克

【调料】

米醋适量

食盐适量

味精适量

芝麻油适量

【做法】

1.土豆去皮洗净后切成小片,用开水烫一下。

2.黄瓜洗净切成小片。

3.西红柿洗净切成小块。

4.将土豆与黄瓜片放入碗中,加入味精、食盐、米醋减半均匀。

5.最后加入西红柿块,淋入芝麻油搅拌均匀。

【用法】

每天2次,连用数天。
